All-in-one water leak shut-off kit for home and light commercial use.
The controller (AC 220V 50Hz) monitors up to 20 wired IP67
leak sensors (12–24V DC) and drives up to 6 electric ball valves; any alarm closes the valves and triggers audible and visualalerts.
RS-485 (Modbus RTU) enables easy integration with BMS/PLC.
The system auto-exercises the valves monthly to prevent sticking, and cuts power to the actuators about 120 s after closing for protection. Standard kit includes controller x1, electric ball valves x2, leak sensors x3; wiring distance can be extended up to 100 m.
OEM/ODM options: logo, thread type (G or NPT), cable length, and sensor quantity.
Installation Note: valves installed after the main shut-off at the water inlet; sensors placed near leak sources.
Reset/Recovery: after leak is cleared and sensors are dry, system reset is performed at the controller.
